The Precious Universe Became a Gravy

The precious Universe

The precious Universe became a gravy although it deserved the much, much better treatment of being poured into glasses.

The Universe is our paean to the physicist and original thinker Richard Feynman with the words on the label being his.

I travelled to see brother Richard on the South coast of NSW with The Universe among other good bottles. I returned from fishing to find it was the marinade for a slow cooked leg of lamb. As Feynman says, ‘forget it all and just have a glass’. It is a great Barossa red.

A complex, full bodied Barossan, mixed varieties and drinks well while listening to Feynman discussing The Universe and all other wines. Go to www.glugwines.com.au/whole-universe-in-a-glass-of-wine.
Concentrate on what is in the glass. No clues, no label, just you and the glass. What do you make of it all. To find out listen to the genius of Richard Feynman with a glass of The Universe as your guide.
